The paper deals with kinetics of dissolution of spherical particles wi
th different radius and discrete distribution of mass fractions, belon
ging to the certain radius. Kinetic equations taking in account the ch
ange of the Reynolds hydrodynamic criterion during dissolution and con
sequently the transition from one type of hydrodynamic regime of flow
to another were derived. Dissolution is assumed to be controlled by di
ffusion. Based on theoretical considerations a computer program was de
veloped. The graphic output of this program demonstrates the time depe
ndence of quantities characterizing the dissolution process.
