APPROACH TO CERVICOTHORACIC NEUROBLASTOMAS VIA A TRAP-DOOR INCISION

Neuroblastomas located in the apex of the hemithorax or in the lower c ervical region may make complete resection via a cervical or a thoraci c approach difficult. The authors recently managed two patients with c ervicothoracic neuroblastomas through an approach using the trap-door incision often applied in the setting of vascular trauma.
