Abstract
(+/-)-Acetomycin and related analogs were synthesized and evaluated fo r their cytotoxic activity against B16 mouse melanoma cells, DA-3 mous e mammary adenocarcinoma cells, HT-29 human breast adenocarcinoma cell s and MCF7-WT human colon adenocarcinoma cells. Blood stability assays were also performed on some of these products.
