theoretical simulation of the collective processes of the electromagne
tic interaction in the nonequilibrum system ''electron beam plus magne
tic ondulator''. The physical mechanisms of the phenomena, responsible
for the emission of stimulated (coherent) radiation in the specified
nonequilibrum systems of free electron lasers (FEL) class are stated b
y means of the analysis of the large scope of materials.
