Experimental data on permeability and diffusion of protium and deuteri
um through austenitic Cr-Ni steels 18Cr-10Ni-Ti, 16Cr-11Ni-3Mo-Ti and
25Cr-16Ni-6Mn-N-V are reported. The data were obtained with special eq
uipment designed and installed at the research reactor IVV-2M. It was
shown that parameters of hydrogen isotope transfer in Cr-Ni steels inc
reased substantially during irradiation by fast neutrons of the flux d
ensity f < 1.8 x 10(18) n/m(2)s (E > 0.1 MeV). Radiation effects incre
ase with a temperature decrease. Thus, at T < 673 K a relative increas
e of permeability can reach several orders with respect to its value.
Deviations isotopic effects from their initial values and other radiat
ion defects were observed.
