Abstract
Papaver somniferum (opium poppy) cells, after permeabilization in Twee n 80, were immobilized by glutaraldehyde without any insoluble carrier . Cells immobilized by cross-linking decarboxylated L-dopa and L-tyros ine for three months, without significant loss of either activity.
