Abstract
Chemical investigations of the aerial parts of Vinca major have result ed in the isolation of two new alkaloids, 10-methoxyperakine and vinca wajine. Another alkaloid, 10-methoxyvinorine, is reported for the firs t time from this species. The structures were determined using spectro scopic techniques.
