Abstract
The method of electron microscopic photographs analysis of electron sc attering objects by using the function distribution of areas of geomet rical fugures of various forms places figures: sphere, cylinder, cone, dambe-belle is presented. The possibility of the determination of the form and of a size of biological and others objects labelling by cont rast species of metalls from the experimentally determined functions o f projection areas distribution is showed.
