Abstract
We discuss the Poisson-Lie structure of the integrable nonlinear O(3)- sigma model in terms of moving local frame. The corresponding r, s mat rices are given out explicitly. The field-dependent terms in r, s matr ices appear to be associated with the Riemannian connection of the tar get manifold.
