Abstract
The acantholytic acanthoma is a newly recognized benign tumor of epide rmal keratinocytes in which acantholysis is the most predominant featu re. Diagnosis is usually made by histologic examination as this tumor presents no typical clinical aspects. We herein report 2 cases Of acan tholytic acanthoma which came to our attention and which may be added to the very few cases that have been described in the literature.
