Abstract
An algorithm is suggested for calculating the particle size distributi on in powdered materials from the results of sedimentation analysis in gravitational and centrifugal fields. Comparison of the particle size analysis for a Stokes' suspension of a specific fractional compositio n shows that the suggested algorithm eliminates a bias of the differen tial characteristic of the distribution reward an increase in particle size.
