Abstract
An experimental study of the performance of an air-to-air heat exchang er on the basis of a collector beat pipe has been carried out to inves tigate its behaviour under different operating conditions. Freon-113 i s used as the working fluid. A thermal calculation method for the heat exchanger on the basis of a collector beat pipe is developed. The the oretical results fit in with the experimental results.
