Abstract
This paper describes the work done at the INTI to improve ac-dc transf er. Thermal voltage and current converters were constructed by means o f series and parallel arrangements of single junction thermal converte rs. High-voltage resistors were designed by means of a computer model. The frequency response of both arrangements is presented as well as a description of the resistors and shunts design.
