Abstract
Three thienoquinonoid-extended analogues of bis(alkylenedithio)tetrath iafulvalenes, which are sym metric and unsymmetric conjugation-elongat ed donors, are synthesized and TCNQ complexes of these donors are prov ed to exhibit a metallic temperature dependence or a fairly high room temperature conductivity even when measured on compressed powder sampl es.
