Abstract
The presence of total coronary artery occlusion I in patients with evi dence of myocardial ischemia can modify the therapeutic strategy. In a retrospective study, the therapy offered to patients with or without coronary artery occlusion was compared and clinical or angiographic fa ctors accounting for the difference in the treatment strategies used w ere examined.
