Abstract
The effect of heating on the phase transformations ira binary mixtures of amorphous SiO2 and different precursors of alpha-Al2O3 (gibbsite, boehmite and gamma-Al2O3) at the temperature of 1000 degrees C was stu died. The influence of alumina precursors on the phase transformations has been explained by their thermal history.
