Abstract
Solutions to quality control by lot sampling through the game theory a
pproach are presented, and the results are compared with those obtaine
d by the classical statistical method. Single and double plans are con
sidered and modeled as two-person zero-sum games, and optimal solution
s are found. Most of the solutions are reminiscent of known statistica
l results and reinforce them by adding new features.
