Abstract
Cutaneous metastses presenting as the first sign of cancer are rare. W e present two cases of such metastases, one being a so-called sister M ary Joseph's nodule. The histologic findings revealed adenocarcinomas with features suggesting a primary gastrointestinal neoplasm.
