Abstract
We report here the case of an hypertensive chronic hemodialysis patien t treated by captopril. Captopril treatment has been effective in norm alizing blood pressure but induced a severe anemia necessitating frequ ent transfusions. Captopril withdrawal eliminated transfusion needs.
