Acute myocardial infarction during pregnancy is a rare but serious occ
urrence with a high maternal and fetal mortality. We report the case o
f a 31-year-old woman who sustained an inferior myocardial infarction
complicated by unstable angina at term. This was treated by coronary a
ngioplasty with a satisfactory outcome.
