Abstract
In the paper, the methodology of synthesis of five-point algorithms, w hich are employed in the discrete phase change method, is presented. T he algorithms are characterized by small phase measurement errors occu rring due to phase shifter errors and nonlinearity of the detector. Th e analysis of the properties of the algorithms was based on the theore tical apparatus of the Fourier description of the discrete phase chang e method. The results of simulation of phase measurement method for th ree new algorithms obtained by using the proposed method are presented .
