Abstract
An HPLC procedure was developed fdr the determination of 2 Methyl 4,5- trimethylene-4-isothothiazolin-3-one in water-oil emulsions, The analy tical procedure consists of the extraction in the presence of orthopho sphoric acid and elution of MTI from Hypersil ODS column with acetonit rile Solution of H3PO4 - water solution of H3PO4 as a mobile phase.
