Abstract
Reporting 7 new observations of prostatic or urethro-rectal fistulas, the authors insist on their etiological modalities specially of trauma tical, inflammatory, post-irradiation, cancerous and congenital origin . The diagnosis methods and surgical techniques are also mentioned.
