Abstract
The article informs about activities, organization structure and main projects of the International Union for Pure and Applied Chemistry, IU PAC. Attention is drawn to the possibilities and forms of cooperation with IUPAC of both individuals and organizations. A list of the presen t representatives of Czech Republic in IUPAC organs and commissions is given.
