Abstract
The decay f1(1285) --> rho0(770)gamma was studied at VES spectrometer of IHEP. Clear signal of f1(1285) is seen in the effective mass spectr um of the pi+pi- gamma system in the reaction pi-N --> pi+pi-pi-gammaN at the momentum P(pi-) = 37 GeV/c. The branching fraction of decay f1 (1285) --> rho(o)(770)gamma has been found to be BR(f1(1285) --> rho(o )(770)gamma) = (2.8 +/- 0.7(stat) +/- 0.6(syst)).10(-2). The ratio of the helicity amplitudes for rho(o) meson in its rest frame was determi ned by the analysis of angular distributions: rho00/rho11 = 3.9 +/- 0. 9(stat) +/- 1.0(syst).
