Abstract
Elenic acid ,4-dimethyl-22-(p-phydroxyphenyl)-docos-3(E)-enoic acid) f rom an Indonesian sponge, Plakinastrella sp. inhibits Topoisomerase II with an IC50 of 0.1 mu g/mL.
