Ss. Umare et al., STUDIES ON SUBSTITUTED POLYANILINE EFFECT OF POLYMERIZATION CONDITIONS ON TRANSPORT-PROPERTIES, Pure and applied chemistry, A32, 1995, pp. 281-289
The temperature dependance of the transport properties of polyaniline,
poly(o-methoxyaniline) and poly(N-phenylaniline) prepared under diffe
rent conditions was investigated. The results show that the localizati
on of conducting electrons is least in case of potyaniline and it incr
eases with substituents and with polymerization temperature. The data
show that such polymers are a class of 1-D disorder conductor between
localization state associated by proton exchange.
