Y. Imanishi et al., FABRICATIONS AND OPTICAL-PROPERTIES OF PHTHALOCYANINE MULTILAYERED FILMS, Molecular crystals and liquid crystals science and technology. Section A, Molecular crystals and liquid crystals, 255, 1994, pp. 35-44
Phthalocyanine multi-layered films, composed of copper phthalocyanine
(CuPc) and naphthalene tetracarboxylic dianhydride (NTCDA), were fabri
cated by an organic molecular beam deposition method. Results from sev
eral analyses, like XPS and RHEED, revealed an epitaxial layer-by-laye
r structure of the multilayers, pointing toward a possible candidate o
f molecular assembly for future photonics devices.
