Abstract
Two ClCCo3(CO)(9) units are, after treatment with Me(3)NO, linked at b asal, cobalt atoms by dppe spacer to yield [ClCCo3(CO)(8)](2)(mu-dppe) and by TRIPHOS to yield [ClCCo3(CO)(7)][ClCCo3(CO)(8)](mu-TRIPHOS); t hey are characterized by single crystal X-ray molecular structure anal ysis and two Cl atoms in the TRIPHOS derivative are found to be locate d in close proximity.
