Raman scattering and IR reflectivity for actual configurations have be
en investigated. The contours of reflectivity spectra have been calcul
ated. Phonon parameters have been determined. The temperature dependen
ce of Raman scattering and IR reflectivity indicated absence of soft m
odes in optical oscillations. Two-phonon processes of light absorption
and radiation have been investigated. In the one-phonon mode frequenc
y range, a two-phonon radiation which is completely absorbed by the cr
ystal itself has been observed.
