Approximately two-hundred cases of arteritis secondary to neoplastic d
iseases are reported in the medical literature and the incidence is va
riable depending on the hystologic type of the tumor. Cases of arterit
is associated with Hodgkin's lymphomas are rare. In this report the di
fferent pathogenetic hypotheses formulated to explain such association
are discussed and a case of polidistrettual arteritis in a woman affe
cted by Hodgkin's lymphoma is described. In particular, the possible p
athogenesis of this clinical, feature, on the basis of the immunologic
al alterations showed, is discussed.
