The amplitude and phase functions of the isotropic elastic nucleon sca
ttering by a pair of particles in the bound state are calculated For d
oublet and the quartet spin-channels. The target was modelled with hel
p of the two-center adiabatic potential composing from the Coulomb and
short-range parts. An effective parametrization of experimental data
for n, p - d scattering is given by the linear interpolation of the re
spective phase function as a function of energy. The effective paramet
ers for n, p - d scattering are expressed in terms of those for n - n,
n - p and p - p scattering.
