Abstract
For determining electromagnetic fields in vacuo, created by the point sources, Riemann's method is applied. It made possible to receive the new Coulomb solution as well as to find the solution missed in the ele ctrodynamics based on Kirchoff's formula. The talk is about the field created by a ultrarelativistic point source which is moving with the v elocity equal to v = c - 0. In the only case when the source is locali zed and retarted (or advanced) Kirchoff's formula coincides with Riema nn's one.
