The one-dimensional stationary physical-mathematical model of processe
s in plasma accelerators with azimuthal electron drift is proposed. Th
e model is based on describing processes in the section of a dischargi
ng path where ionization and acceleration take piece, the sufficient p
art of discharging voltage drops out, and the directed Flow of ions is
formed. The equations that describe the dynamics of particles in plas
ma accelerators and give the possibility to calculate both the Volt-Am
pere performance and accelerating forcing are found.
