The paper concerns the kinetics of liquid rising caused by the ultraso
nic cavitation (the sound capillar effect). The method of instantaneou
s velocity is applied to the investigation of the opposed pressure inf
luence on the velocity of liquid motion through the capillary. The ran
ge of the ultrasonic pressure amplitude P-m, in which the above influe
nce is anomalous, was detected: the velocity increases together with t
he opposed pressure. The evolution of cavitation processes is studied
by means of the high speed Aiming (2500 frames per second). The cavita
tion pulsations are found and investigated experimentally. It is shown
that these pulsations are the reason of the atomalous relation upsilo
n(P).
