Abstract
Spectra of bound magnetoelastic waves in strongly anisotropic easy-pla ne ferromagnets in ferromagnetic and quadrupole phases are obtained. I t is shown that the quasiphonon mode softens on lilies of the phase tr ansition from ferromagnetic to quadrupole-ferromagnetic phase and from quadrupole phase to quadrupole-ferromagnetic phase. Taking into consi deration the rotatory invariance leads to the effect of non-reciprocit y for the speed of sound in a ferromagnetic crystal.
