Abstract
The optical recording of information on metal-polymer thin films produ ced by PECVD is studied. The characteristics of obtained media is comp ared with ones of the known optical storage media on the basis of tell urium alloys. Distinctions between the exposing characteristics and en ergy of recording are explained. The model of the recording on metal-p olymer films with a variety of metal concentrations proposed.
