Abstract
On the basis of Ising model the generalization of the theory of struct ural order-disorder phase transitions for systems with a four-minimum potential is considered. The existence of two or three crystal phases with increasing temperature in relation to the sign of constants of th e interaction Hamiltonian is shown.
