Abstract
The lattice constants of beta-ZnP2 are defined using X-ray diffraction . The diffision length of minor carriers, the surface recombination ra te and the band bending on the surface are measured by the photovoltag e method. The volume and surface exciton lines of the photoluminescent reflection and adsorption are analysed.
