Abstract
Investigations of electroresistance and the temperature coefficient of resistance of thin reactively sputtered chromium films (Ukr. J. Phys. - 1993. - 38, N 9. - P. 1402 - 1404) versus partial pressure of carbo n dioxide were kept on. It was found that these relations could be fit ted within the theoretical model of effective medium. The mechanism of structural transformations in films induced by variations of carbon d ioxide pressure and by heat treatment is proposed.
