Abstract
We demonstrate the possibility of using FTIR-spectroscopy to study the chemical composition of conidia films and to define surface hydrophob icity. It was possible to based on the data obtained for component rat ios. This is the defining factor for microorganism adhesion to solid s urfaces and for further processes of biodegradation.
