Abstract
In the present paper, sufficient conditions for uniform Lipschitz stab ility of an arbitrary solution of an impulsive system of differential equations with unfixed moments of impulse effect are obtained. The res ults obtained are used for the investigation of the uniform Lipschitz stability of a given solution of a linear impulsive system of differen tial equations.
