Abstract
This study examined changes in levels of self efficacy and aspiration among participants in role model activities of the Hispanic Mother-Dau ghter Program The results suggest caution about the use of self-report feedback for evaluative purposes, and the manner in which role models are used as means for inspiring confidence in general or affecting le vels of self efficacy or aspirations in particular.
