Abstract
This paper provides a general proof of unification between two concept s of radar target angular glint. The analysis of a two-point target mo del, consisting of an electrically and magnetically ideal dipole, show s the relation, difference, and equivalent condition between them more clearly. Angular glint has been synthesized from the measured data of radar echo phase, and compared with the theoretical result.
