Abstract
The preparation of Boc-Ser(PO(3)Allyl(2))-OH and Boc-Thr(PO(3)Allyl(2) )-OH were described. Phosphorylated RE protein fragments were synthesi zed using these O-phosphorylated amino acid building blocks in the Boc mode of solid phase peptide synthesis.
