Abstract
N-allyloxycarbonyl group could be efficiently removed using sodium bor ohyride as hydride donnor in the presence of catalytic amount of palla dium (0). The conditions were applied to chemoselective protecting gro up transformation (transprotection) and peptide bond formation.
