Abstract
Monoclonal antibodies generated against live cells of Pseudomonas fluo rescens have been used in an indirect ELISA format for the detection o f Pseudomonas spp, in refrigerated meat. The detection threshold for t he ELISA assay developed in this work was 10(4) cfu cm(-2).
