Abstract
The synthesis of novel aryl-3-phenylamino-4,5-dihydro-2H-benz[g]indazo les 4a-f, starting from l-3,4-dihydro-1(2H)-oxonaphtalene-2-carbothioa mide and the proper arylhydrazines, is described. Title compounds were evaluated for antiinflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic, antiarrhythmi c, hypotensive, local anaesthetic and platelet antiaggregating activit ies; some of them showed an appreciable antiarrhythmic activity in rat s and a good level of infiltration anaesthesia in mice.
