This paper presents a method of determining the upper and lower bounds
of dynamic reliability for the structural system with multidegree-of-
freedom by considering the ''weakest link''. First, a new computationa
l strategy of dynamic reliability analysis of structural system under
stationary random response is submitted. Secondly, a simplification an
d improvement of the Poisson formula in dynamic reliability computatio
n of the system with single degree of freedom is described. Finally, t
he method is applied to a large antenna structure to demonstrate the a
