Congenital pigmented naevi are lesions that are usually confined to sk
in. We report a giant congenital naevus of the scalp which involved sk
in, galea, full thickness cranial bane, dura and the intracranial veno
us sinuses. The literature on giant congenital naevi with direct invol
vement of underlying bone is reviewed.
